1. Where can I find information on product sizing?
TM socks are available in men sizes 9-13. Currently, there are no options for customized orders outside of this size range.
2.What materials are TM socks made from?
Made in China, each pair of socks consists of 80% cotton, 15% nylon, and 5% Spandex. It is advised to machine wash in cold water before first use. For the longevity of this product please allow for the socks to hang dry.
3. Are there any opportunities to become a Brand Ambassador?
We are not actively promoting opportunities to bring on Brand Ambassadors at this time but do have plans to incorporate this strategy in the near future.
4. Is USPS Standard shipping the only available shipping option?
Yes, USPS standard shipping is the primary shipping method available to our customers at checkout with an expected delivery time of 5-7 business days. Alternative options for shipping may become available upon request but will require approval from the Troy Manson team.
5. Can you ship internationally or accept international credit cards?
We currently do not offer international shipping and do not accept international credit cards.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated through our return policy page.
